## What is Ring Work?

RING WORK — CAMERA-BASED BOXING TRAINER

Turn your phone's camera into a boxing coach. Ring Work watches you move, counts every punch, calls out combinations, and tells you what to fix — no gloves, no gear, no bag, no partner. Clear a few feet of space, prop up your phone, and start working.

Nothing is worn. Nothing is uploaded. Everything runs on your device.

TRAIN

PAD WORK
Combinations called out loud with targets on screen. Hit them in order and every punch is counted and classified — jab, cross, hook, uppercut, lead or rear.

DEFENSE
Slips and rolls, read from your actual head movement rather than a timer. A target follows your head and the app calls the move; get off the centerline before the clock runs out.

OPEN SPARRING
The round nobody else trains. Throw the combination, then move your head before the counter lands — and sometimes answer back with a shot of your own. Offense and defense in the same sequence, the way a real round works.

FILM ROOM

Record a round of shadow boxing, upload it, and get your form broken down.

Ring Work checks twelve things across your footwork, guard and punching: stance width, crossed feet, whether you're moving at all, where your hands sit, whether your guard drops when you punch, how far your straights extend, how fast your hands come back, hand balance, and whether your output fades late in the round.

Then it gives you one drill. Not a list of six things to work on — the single fault that costs you most, with a specific fix and a way to know it's working. Some drills open straight into the app. Others are honest gym homework.

Analysis runs entirely on your phone. Your video is never uploaded, never stored, and deleted the moment it's been read.

BUILT LIKE A GYM

• Six punch types detected and classified
• Orthodox and southpaw
• Round length and difficulty you control
• Adjustable detection sensitivity
• Voice callouts and haptic feedback
• Session history, accuracy and daily streaks
• Works in any room with a few feet of space

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Body tracking runs on-device using Apple Vision. No camera footage, no video, and no pose data ever leaves your phone. There's no account to create and no personal information to hand over.

FILM ROOM — NEW

Upload a round of shadow boxing and get your form analysed. Ring Work reads twelve things across your footwork, guard and punching — stance width, crossed feet, dropped hands, short punches, slow retraction, fading output and more — then prescribes one drill for whatever needs the most work.

Everything runs on your phone. Your video is never uploaded, and it's deleted as soon as the analysis finishes.

ALSO IN THIS VERSION

• A new Film Room tab, alongside Training and History
