What I like the most about Ringblaze is that it can be used on the web, as well as through mobile and desktop apps. The app is frequently updated with new features for small businesses, which makes our operations easier. ### 1/5 — Don’t do it. *2026-01-09* It’s buggy, it’s lack features, it’s expensive and it doesn’t work half of the time. Don’t bother! ### 2/5 — App and service Mediocre at best *2024-11-24* RingBlaze's app and customer service is only okay but have been dishonest lately, and there are many frustrating downsides to the product. The mobile app lacks basic features like internal contact calling and has microphone issues when the screen is off. Worse, early customers with grandfathered calling plans are being forced to switch to one sided, pricier packages for SMS functionality, abandoning their original terms being told numbers don’t have functionality. While inbounds sms we’re recieved at one point. If transparency is something that’s important for you. This is not your company. **Developer response:** Jeoreyd, All businesses are now required to register their phone numbers in order to send text messages to US numbers. Ringblaze ### 1/5 — There’s too many bugs! *2024-10-10, version 27.0.0* App is too laggy and always have errors. It wouldn’t connect some of my calls. Total waste of money. ### 4/5 — Bug saving contacts *2024-04-15* Currently there is a bug which won’t allow me to save contacts… the text field comes up shortened and you can’t click in to actually put in a name… this is a new bug as of this week. **Developer response:** Please reach out to our support team at support@ringblaze.com for assistance with this issue. ### 1/5 — READ before signing up *2023-09-11* App seems almost impossible to cancel without customer support. I haven’t used it in months. They’re basically charging me for nothing at this juncture. Wish I’d read the reviews first. I’m not the first and probably won’t be the last. ### 1/5 — Don’t do it *2023-07-15* Literally the worst app I’ve ever used. I tried it for my business and it was a complete flop. Between lags in communication, frequent inability to start new conversations (call or text), lost text history, freezing, disappearing messages, new voicemails not loading and locking any communication with the person for sometimes days, and many more issues, I had the number ported my cellular provider using a dual SIM card. I have to admit their CS was fairly responsive getting me the info to leave. ### 1/5 — Not intuitive, be careful on getting charged *2023-07-02* This app is frustrating because it’s difficult to navigate around. Tried it for my business. Calls have a delay when answering. Can’t scroll back very far in text history. Texting pics is a pain if there are more than a couple. Most of the time I’m unable to add new contacts or send texts to a new number. Do not waste your money on something this unreliable.
