The ring tone on this app is set to use media volume for ringer instead of the ringtone volume. I expected the app of an org so big to at-least have something so basic be properly utilized. Also if we 0 out media volume, for that. You stop hearing in call volume. Who does that? I phone has 2 separate volume controls for in call volume and ringer volume. Do a better job ring central. Also rurning notifications off does not stop calls from coming in. Bummer ### 4/5 — Need a Feedback Tab *2026-07-22, version 26.2.30* My office uses ring as our main phone line- so we have an office number and our own direct lines. I get many dropped calls and can barely hear people on the phone. When I do hear them it makes their voice sound robotic and hard to understand. Not all my calls are like this but the majority are. Most people I work with have the same issues as well, in a company of roughly 50 or so. ### 3/5 — What Is Going On With This App?????? *2026-07-11, version 26.2.30* Ring Central: Signs me out immediately after I sign in for “security purposes” Also Ring Central: Bombards me with notifications as if I’m signed in anyway. I think since the App is pretty much useless I should just delete it. ### 2/5 — App Settings Does Not Work *2026-07-10* Settings does not work. I have silenced notifications yet i still get calls and message notifications. I change status to DND or Appear offline it always reverts back to online. They provide zero customer support, they only care about charging you the next bill, not solving your problems. The IT people will laugh in your face when saying how frustrated you are that for the past six months you haven’t received client calls because of mistakes on their end. Could not recommend any less! ### 1/5 — Scamming and Misinformation *2026-05-22, version 26.2.10* I was misguided by the reviews on this app, to make the long story short. I helped my dad start a company, and our accountant told us to use a “call re direct” service. So we went with ring, we talked to one of their reps and they were nice and all. When it came to finalizing it everything, we were told to sign a contract that was necessary for us to begin utilizing their services and to allow them to make automatic payment. Well turns out they forgot to mention the part where they lock you down for 2 years and there’s nothing you can do. We don’t use ring at all, the service wasn’t for us, we are almost a year into the contract and they won’t let us cancel. Customer service isn’t of any help, stating that “clearly the contact stated so”. One thing is giving us a contract to sign, while telling us it is simply to allow auto pay and be able to utilize your service. I reject a call two seconds later. It’s ringing again. I rejected again two seconds later. It’s ringing again over and over and over if I reject a call I’m rejecting it on purpose. I don’t need the call to come back to my cell phone 15 freaking times. I should not have to silence all calls to stop my phone from ringing when I’m with a customer. ### 1/5 — unresponsive legal team and unresponsive customer service *2026-07-28, version 26.3.10* I wish it was possible to leave zero stars for ringcentral. I've been with them for years and I find they don't respond to emails, they waste your time on the phone, they have terrible customer service, and essentially they don't offer a quality product. Excited to find a replacement. ### 1/5 — Unable to Silence Notifications *2026-07-04, version 26.2.30* I have tried every possible setting on Apple and in the app to silence notifications from RingCentral when I am not at work. No matter what I do, or how many times I try, notifications continue to break through. It is severely harming my quality of life and I wish I could delete the app. Unfortunately I have to use it for work. Please create a native Apple Vision Pro app ### 5/5 — FUNCTION & SUPPORT GIGANTIC IMPROVEMENT *2026-08-20* 12 years of RC, finally it has IMPROVED AT EVERY LEVEL: customer support, App features and REALTIME SUPPORT TRACKING. FAST HUMAN CHAT & PHONE SERVICE (not just sales but SUPPORT). FAST RESOLUTION with their AI… Even the troublesome TCR registration improved. It has its quirks but it’s GIGANTIC how MUCH BETTER THAN TEAMs (and MITEL Micollab whom they took over) that RC has become. IT WILL TAKE BUSINESS AWAY FROM MICROSOFT AND JUSTIFIABLY THE BEST SOLUTION FOR SMALL to ENTERPRISE. ps it interfaces with TEAMS at most levels too. It has an INCLUDED IP Phone to LAND LINE (PSTN) dialing capability that RIVALS what SKYPE (Credits) used to offer in MOST COUNTRYS world wide. Just contact them to whitelist countries you want to enable this with and its FREE with your RC account* (my basic RC business has it included and we can call most EU, USA, Japan, S.Korea, land lines at no charge.
