• Added employee archiving. Archive employees who have left instead of deleting them, and their past labor cost records stay intact.
• Archived employees are hidden from the active list but still count toward past monthly totals. Restore or permanently delete them anytime.

This update brings a new calculation tool and improvements to sales entry reliability.

• Recipe Scale Calculator: In the Menu tab, pick one reference ingredient and instantly scale all other quantities to any ratio. Copy the result in one tap.
• Fixed a sales-entry date bug: changing the date before saving no longer records the entry on the wrong day — it now saves to exactly the date you pick.
• The sales screen now refreshes immediately after saving, so you're less likely to enter a value twice thinking it didn't register.
• Improved data loading speed throughout the app.
