Horrible Customer Service
Was looking into getting a Dialer for my wholesale business. And have found multiple options but saw this one with good reviews. Went to download and saw that I must sign in. Went to the computer and called their number. Told the automated system what I was looking for. Strait to voicemail. Said leave a message… went and started talking and then 5 seconds later hung up.

Great app. Works. Limited on the iPhone but it still does great job.

Great for outbound calling!
I’ve been using the Ring.io app for outbound calling for several weeks now and I appreciate that it has the ability for me to log notes, dispositions and select my outbound caller ID number. Two thumbs up for the Ring.io mobile app.
Best power dialer app on the market!
This app makes my life so much easier. I can be anywhere and still be connected to my CRM and contacts. Reliable, and easy to use. Love that I can call from my mobile without having to use my personal number! Highly recommended!
Awesome app when you are on the go with tons of features!
Ring.it as a whole makes it easy to call contacts and leads from your CRM while keeping a log. And now that they have added the iOS app I could not be happier. When I am away from my desk I can be sure not to miss anything. I am quite excited for all the features they have added. Call Transfer is particularly handy. But my favorite is Voicemail Drop, I do not know what I would do without it. Solid app team!
