This app is created for our current Ringle tutors. Agree with other reviews that it’s glitchy but seems to have improved somewhat over the last few years. Please add the payment tab though ### 2/5 — Inconsistent Notifications, Unable to Enter Calls *2025-06-08* Ringle does not notify you when a lesson with a student cancellation is starting, which has caused me to accumulate two strikes. I honestly think this whole “you have to enter the lesson even when there is no student” policy is a scheme to make excuses for not paying tutors, and the lack of notifications reflects this. I can’t join zoom meetings from mobile devices, which is quite annoying. ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible *2025-03-24* Terrible ### 2/5 — Can’t Accept Unassigned Lessons *2024-07-30* I am never able to accept unassigned lessons. Whenever I get an email about them (and never a notification) I try to click on the button to accept the unassigned lesson right away. That only takes me to a page that promotes me downloading this app. The problem is that neither on the app, or on my computer, am I able to accept unassigned lessons. I’m not sure if it’s because I take too long to accept them, but today, literally as soon as I got an email about an unassigned lesson, I went to the app to accept it and nothing popped up in the unassigned lessons part of the schedule. ### 1/5 — Joining a lesson *2024-03-24* This feature should be added in case students are unable to join due to Wi-Fi connectivity issues. I’d like to be able to join via cellular network. ### 3/5 — App is fine, Needs Calendar Sync *2024-03-14* On web, I can sign into my Google account, but when I try actually sync the Ringle calendar to my Google calendar, nothing happens. On the app, Google does no allow me to sign in through the Ringle app. This is pretty frustrating, since I have to manually check every day on the app when my lessons are. ### 3/5 — Current Bug with the App *2024-02-01* There is something wrong with the app right now that is not allowing me to view my schedule or accept lessons! ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2023-12-06* The app has many glitches. Most recently, I have been unable to accept lessons on the app without the app crashing. Unfortunately, for tutors this is a huge disadvantage because we must accept lessons within a certain time frame and we do not always have access to our laptops.
