Ringostat Smart Phone is an easy-to-use softphone for making calls and working with CRM. It's more user-friendly than using a regular phone. The app is installed on your device, allowing you to work with calls and messages wherever convenient.

Ringostat Smart Phone increases the sales team's productivity, saving each employee about five working hours per month. It contains valuable insights about customers that help increase sales. The app allows you to combine phone and messenger communication in one interface. All this will bring business processes in your company to a new level.

All in one click
Click on the customer number on any website or your CRM, and the app will start a call. Or click on the pop-up push notification to receive an incoming call. Quickly mute a call, put it on hold, transfer it to a colleague, and more — all these actions you can do with just a single click.

Customer information is always at your fingertips
When you receive an incoming call, you'll see the customer's name if the contact is already in your CRM. Ringostat has integrations with dozens of popular systems, including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, etc. You can save contacts of new customers to CRM with one click or instantly go from the app to a contact or deal in CRM.

Calls and messages in a single interface
Forget about numerous open tabs. Collect all communication in one application. Ringostat Smart Phone stores the history of all calls and messages from customers. The users can write to you in the messengers. Their messages will come directly to Ringostat Smart Phone. Answer the customer in the app, and they will receive your response in their messenger. 

Insights for better performance
Find out what the customer is interested in, what products they've looked at on your website, what ads they came from, etc. An app will display information before you even pick up the phone. It will help you accurately target users' needs and better understand their pains and interests. Knowing this, you can increase your chances of making a sale and cross-sell and upsell. Ringostat Smart Phone will also show you which customers who have previously called you are currently on your website. Contact your visitors at the moment of interest to make it more likely to close the deal.

Ringostat Smart Phone consists of 5 tabs.

1. Interface for receiving and making calls and sending SMS.
2. Messenger, in which you correspond with customers. New dialogues are added to the queue so you can catch them.
3. Call history, including calls you received and missed. You can call or send an SMS to each client with one click. It is also possible to quickly copy a contact or view insider information.
4. Clients on the website. It shows a list of customers who have previously communicated with you and are currently visiting the site. 
5. The contact book lists customers who have interacted with your company. There are also separate tabs for employees and departments. It allows you to contact your colleagues and transfer calls to them instantly.

You can change dozens of settings in the app to make your work as convenient as possible. You can change the availability of your account (online, offline, do not disturb, etc.), interface language, sounds, display of insider information, and call history.

### 1.3.5 — 2026-08-20

Added the ability to decline an incoming call. If the operator can't take a call, the customer now gets a correct busy/declined signal instead of being left waiting.
Added WhatsApp support.
Fixed several call-related issues: the incoming call screen no longer stays open after quick repeat calls, and the staff list for transferring a call or dialogue now displays correctly even after searching the contact book.
Fixed a false "Message failed to send" notification in messenger chats.

### 1.3.4 — 2026-07-28

Employee statuses on the Employees tab now update automatically. When sending an SMS while several dialogs with a client are open, a selection prompt appears — so the message always goes to the right place. Quick links to the related lead, contact, and deal were added to the contact card in a conversation. Fixed an issue where the "Online" status could unexpectedly switch to "Do Not Disturb", incorrect message times in the dialog list, and a critical issue that could cause the app to crash and fail to display the incoming call screen.

### 1.3.3 — 2026-06-22

Added a setting to control whether the full call screen opens immediately on an incoming call, or shows only a banner so it does not interrupt your current work.
Added automatic saving of typed but unsent message drafts. A draft is restored when you return to the chat on any of your devices.
Added network quality monitoring: an indicator appears on the call screen when connection issues occur, plus a connection status section in settings.
Added the client name in incoming and missed call notifications, including names from the device's local address book.
Fixed the missing edit-contact button in call history and resolved a contact book loading error.
Fixed minor interface and translation issues.

### 1.3.2 — 2026-05-11

Added automatic TURN server selection — the app now picks the optimal server for your region, with an option to select a country manually in VoIP settings. Added SMS support via T-Mobile and Play. Updated network reconnection logic — the app now correctly sends the current status to the server after reconnecting. Fixed issues with displaying the client name during a call. Fixed push notification issues: resolved non-delivery after logging in from another device and duplicate notifications when answering a call. Fixed call screen issues during parallel and outgoing calls. Fixed the edit contact button not appearing for contacts from mini-CRM.

### 1.3.1 — 2026-04-14

This version introduces user status synchronization on app login. When transferring calls and dialogs, current employee statuses are displayed (Speaking, Online, Offline, Do Not Disturb) with custom status labels – managers see real colleague availability before transferring.
Improved call handling: fixed issue where all incoming calls were rejected after simultaneous incoming and outgoing calls to the same number. Fixed issue where calls didn't end when merging two incoming calls. Fixed incoming call rejection due to outdated "Do Not Disturb" status cache or "stuck" calls after connection loss.
Fixed international number display. Contact names from phone book now display correctly on call screen.
