Multiple support tickets have been submitted with ZERO response. Calls forwarded from psychology today to my RingRX number go unsent. For basic phone and fax number, this is very turn key. As you add more users, it gets a little bit trickier on the set up, but customer service is fast to respond and help. Our practice started with GoogleVoice but quickly outgrew that. After doing a lot of research into different options, RingRx seemed like the best fit for our practice and that has proven to be true. As we have grown, they have continued to work with us to customize exactly what we need. And early on, when there was a glitch that meant some calls were dropping, they worked with us intensely to get it sorted out. Multiple texts will send when you only hit send once. No ability to send picture messages. Rare app updates.
