## What is RingTender?

RingTender answers your business phone so you never lose a job to voicemail.

Your receptionist picks up 24/7, speaks naturally, books real appointments into your calendar, takes messages, and texts you the moment anything happens. Keep your current number and forward the calls you miss, or use your new local number as your business line.

THE APP IS YOUR POCKET FRONT OFFICE
- See every call with a full transcript and outcome
- Two-way texting on your business line - your replies come from the business number
- Push notifications for every lead, booking, and text
- Ring-first: calls ring YOUR phone before the AI answers - press 1 to take it yourself
- Call customers back THROUGH your business line so they never see your cell
- Set your hours, days off, and appointment types
- Pick the voice, name your receptionist, and teach it your services, prices, and policies - it answers from your notes only, so it never makes things up

Works for any local business: contractors, salons, restaurants, realtors, auto shops, offices.
