Komme bis Song auswählen, danach ist Schluss und die App schließt sich.

It plainly does not work. You can drag a file from the files to tones. It just doesn’t do it.

Open app, click and music, click track In ITunes library, click song I want as ringtone, BANG APP CRASHES !! 
Will now delete App !!!!!!
