App not really usable.  Useless for me in fact. Could not verify reservation details before checking in.  Tried to upsell me on late checkout even though I have late checkout benefit under Hyatt.  Will just have to go to front desk to check in.

Hotel canceled and changed our reservations multiple times before and after check in and customer service refused to protect our belongings. We were also part of a volleyball match too.

Very little information on app as far as personal room info, no receipt from check in and I checked in already at the desk because it kept giving me an error both on app and at kiosk kept saying room not ready but the app is stuck on asking me if I want to check in, I’m already checked in.

I downloaded this app when we stayed here and as a secondary guest have zero functionality in the app I thought I could use it as my room key and it doesn’t work even for that it’s ridiculous.

I tried to check in ahead of time and I was getting an error message, which would not allow me to check in. I called Rio front desk and they informed me that there’s nothing they can do that they don’t work with the company and I would have to sit in line and wait to check in like everyone else. Seems pointless.

Downloading information, the check in process and receiving a digital key was one of the easiest ways I had ever checked into a hotel. Would recommend Rio Hotel and the check in process to all.

Checking in with the kiosk is nice, and the digital key is helpful.  But the checkout function is clunky and doesn’t show you your total when you have to pay.  Feels a little scammy…. Also, the #1 drawback of “Rita Rio” is that when you actually need help, it’s almost impossible to speak to a real human.

I would love this app if I could read what’s being said. Half of Rita is always cut off. The chat is awesome but wouldn’t recommend it for that.
