Contacted support and they walked me through the firmware update on the router. Great customer service. ### 5/5 — Great app but don’t use lockdown mode *2025-07-20* The app works great! If your phone is in lockdown mode however it will not connect to the router which is why I suspect some network engineers are struggling to connect to the router. I fortunately have 2 phones and while one phone gave me issues my second phone connected with no problems. ### 1/5 — Worst Router software *2025-05-24* After hours of finally trying to connect one router to another as is advertised to work the second router refuses to login. I am a communications equipment engineer, and I can’t get this working. This app is extremely slow and clunky, and it doesn’t even update the status automatically.
