This is the worst router I’ve ever used app never works and its always a problem.The company definitely ran with our money and never looked back.

After hours of finally trying to connect one router to another as is advertised to work the second router refuses to login. I am a communications equipment engineer, and I can’t get this working. This app is extremely slow and clunky, and it doesn’t even update the status automatically. You have to keep refreshing to see if new devices were connected.  Extremely frustrating.

Paid three hundred $ for a router I cannot hook-up. The app does not work and the e-mail associated with it ‘does not exist’. Wow…you guys know how to make money…just not how to support your ‘product’. What a disappointment. I’ll never buy anything from a start-up group like this…ever. Thanks for….taking me for 300.00…🤬

This app used to work fine but now every time I try to login I get a null error. Contacted support and they walked me through the firmware update on the router. Great customer service.

### 5/5 — Great app but don’t use lockdown mode

The app works great! If your phone is in lockdown mode however it will not connect to the router which is why I suspect some network engineers are struggling to connect to the router. I fortunately have 2 phones and while one phone gave me issues my second phone connected with no problems.

Great app. This made my Rio simple to set up… the previous reviewer probably didn’t follow the instructions on the screen 😵‍💫 

Dashboard is nice, responsive, and works as described. Love the VPN.
