## What is Rippa?

Paste a YouTube link. Rippa watches the video, pulls out every exercise, set and rep, and lays them across your week as a routine you can run.

The hard part was never the lifting. It was the setup.

Then Rippa gets out of the way. It counts your sets, times your rests, and flags a PR the moment you beat one. Your phone stays in your bag if you'd rather log from your wrist.

WHAT YOU GET

• Any video becomes a routine, split across the days you pick
• Set-by-set logging, with rest timers that start themselves
• Personal records caught as they happen
• Supersets, warm-up sets, per-exercise kg or lb
• A full Apple Watch app, with the same set logging and rest timers
• Every session you've logged, with your volume and best sets per exercise

Free gives you one video import and four routines. Rippa Pro gives you unlimited routines and 10 hours of video analysis a month.

Rippa Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-09-25

Rippa now welcomes you with a new interactive introduction that makes the promise clear from the first lift: we build your routine, you do the heavy lifting. Pull up the plate to see workout videos become routines and completed sessions become progress.

IMPROVED

• The Library is easier to explore, active programs are simpler to schedule, and routine previews now take you straight into the full routine.
• Video imports handle multi-day routines more clearly, show linked exercises in review and make thumbnails easier to tap.
• Rest timers move smoothly, and Watch sessions recover more reliably if either app is interrupted.
• Bodyweight changes and the welcome plate have stronger, more responsive haptics.

FIXED

• Drop sets are easier to follow as each completed drop turns green.
• Creating a folder now closes the Add screen correctly.
