## What is Rippin?

Rippin is a guitar app for people who want to play, not do homework.

Seven tools in one, built around the thing that actually holds most guitarists back: not knowing the fretboard. Rippin fixes that with games instead of lectures.

FREE FROM THE FIRST TAP

TUNER — Professional real-time pitch detection for acoustic and electric guitar. Standard, Drop D, DADGAD, Open G and more tuning profiles.

SCALES — Pentatonic, modal, blues, exotic and symmetric scales across all 12 keys. CAGED patterns with full fretboard diagrams and the theory behind each shape.

METRONOME — 30 to 240 BPM with tap tempo, multiple time signatures, custom accent patterns and several click sounds. Keeps running in the background while you play.

CHORD LIBRARY — Every chord you will ever need, with multiple voicings each: fretboard diagrams, finger positions, intervals and full chord theory.

PREMIUM — TRAIN LIKE YOU MEAN IT

NOTRIX — Note recognition using your microphone. It asks for a note, you play it, Rippin listens and tells you whether you nailed it. This is how fretboard knowledge actually sticks.

NOTIFY — See the note, play it fast. A fretboard reaction game with timed rounds, streaks and score bonuses that sharpen how quickly you find any note.

SLASHBOARD — Your practice dashboard. Day streaks, session history, accuracy, reaction time and a fretboard heatmap showing exactly which notes you keep missing.
