Downloaded app to make sure my billing info was correct because I got a notice from Ripple saying something was wrong receiving payment and service would be suspended if I didn’t correct it. App won’t open. White screen appears when attempting to open app. Also website doesn’t work.

I just got Ripple Fiber, but the app won’t even open in 18.1.1. It just is a white screen and nothing loads. Terrible

Still a customer but this app is horrible.. to name a couple areas that are bad: invoice, WiFi activity,  logging in, and much more. Love ripple fiber but there app is piss poor if I could give less than a star rating I would

Lacks basic capabilities like broadcast scheduling, equipment restart or reboot, credential modifications seem not to work. Overall I love the service levels of the speed and availability but the app is lacking.

My phone when from portrait to landscape while I was in the agent chat and it got me out of the chat and had to start the entire cycle over. Then when I did, it sat there for minutes just for a motivation to come through that said agent had left the chat even though I was not notified that they had joined the chat.

I am having the same issue. The app is just a white screen. I need to log into the website via a browser.

Or well it would be an awful app I’m sure if it ever got off the white screen and let me try anything. Less frustrating though than ‘something went wrong’ when trying to login to the website.

App somewhat works. It doesn’t save your log in info, so having to sign it every time you load the app, is kind of annoying. Also has 2 duplicate orders for me, not sure why, but only one is active so it’s cool I guess idk. I feel they can add more to the app like other companies do, such as a speed test, or resetting your ONT/Router from it. Just some feedback. Besides the app, the service is great. Feels wonderful to finally have fiber.
