## What is Ripple Growth Path?

Ripple - Growth Path

Ripple is a wellbeing and learning tool that helps you train emotional awareness. Recognizing your own emotions is the first step toward learning to manage them, and just a few minutes a day is enough.

YOUR DIARY

Each day you indicate the emotion that characterized your day, choosing among joy, trust, anticipation, boredom, anger, fear, sadness, and surprise.

MEDITATION AND BREATHING EXERCISES

When you need a break, you can find guided audio meditations and breathing exercises. While you breathe, Ripple inflates and deflates with you, and a gentle vibration marks the rhythm, so you can follow it even with your eyes closed.

REPORTS

In the dashboard, you can track over time the emotions you log, the meditations and breathing exercises you complete, and the results of self-assessment questionnaires, so you can see how your skills are growing. If you authorize it, Ripple also displays sleep hours and resting heart rate read from Apple Health, which always stay on your iPhone.

ON YOUR OWN OR WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION

You can use Ripple on your own, as a personal growth path, or within emotional intelligence programs activated by companies and organizations. It is an integrated growth path that combines experiential, social, and formal learning. To take part, simply enter the invitation code you received from your organization.

YOUR PRIVACY

Ripple is free, with no advertising and no analytics tools. You can choose whether to contribute to the research that measures the effectiveness of the paths. The data is sent without being linked to your account and is analyzed in aggregate form. You can withdraw consent at any time from the settings.

Ripple is intended for adults. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic advice.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.1.1 — 2026-11-04

What's new
• You can now retake the monthly questionnaire whenever you like, from Settings › Questionnaires. We'll still remind you about the next one after a month.
• If you filled in the monthly questionnaire before joining a program, it now counts for the program too, if you had given your research consent: no need to take it again.
• Minor improvements and fixes.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-10-29

- Ripple now speaks English: it follows your phone’s language or the one you pick on the Language page, including content and notifications.
- A more playful self-assessment: swipe cards away to rate them, now in the monthly check-in too.
- Simpler onboarding: tap on the right to go forward and on the left to go back, with new mascot animations.
- Journal: a redesigned emotion wheel and a new screen for when you haven’t written anything yet.
- Library: the mascot breathes with you while a practice plays, and the breathing ring holds still during pauses.
- The app is now called “Ripple Growth Path” on your Home Screen, and leaving a path takes a single tap.
