Not sure why they deduct, if questioned they will speak rudely and say it is automatic. Without power usage why they will deduct amount? Also app always shows meter status is OFF. Initially , I was confused about the service charges + GST , but the support team clarified that these are set by my society’s FM , not ripple . Ripple only provides meters and billing , unit rates are decided by the society.
