## What is Ripple Time Map?

Point your camera at any street and see what it looked like decades ago.
Ripple Time Map overlays historical photos from public archives onto your live camera view — split the screen and drag the divider to compare the past and present at the exact spot you're standing.

Currently in early access — free for everyone.
Ripple Time Map is free while we build out the community archive. The subscription model below will activate in a future release.

What you can do today (free, no subscription):

Explore historical photos near your location
Swipe between Then and Now
Browse the gallery and map
Upload your own historical photos to the shared archive
Suggest a better location for misplaced pins

How it works:
Point your camera at a street or building. Ripple searches millions of public domain photos from the Library of Congress, Wikimedia, Flickr, and dozens of other archives to find the best match for your exact location and direction. Drag the divider to reveal what stood there before.

Contribute to history:
Have an old photo of your neighbourhood? Upload it and pin it to its exact location. Every approved photo helps build a living archive for your community.
