No app support just run around was really hoping this thing was as good as it cost $499.00!

I’d give this company zero stars if I could! The charger worked for 4 days before it and the app went offline. It’s been down going on two weeks now and the company doesn’t return calls or respond to emails, other than to tell you they’re working on it. Don’t waste your money with this junk!!
