Especially being I work in the field with low connectivity oftentimes. ### 2/5 — Latest update made it less useful *2026-07-09, version 3.0.43* I used to be able to easily see if I had a change request pending and now it is hidden or invisible. At first I could open the app, and click 2-3 times and enter the hours worked. Then there was an update I guess? Now I have to click 7-8 screens and they aren’t user friendly. Freezes and breaks often. The constant reminders that one needs to take a break,take a meal or approaching overtime is super annoying. I am compliant. Now when I need to clock in, it says clock in to unscheduled shifts. Why? I just need something that tells me when I’m clocked in and when I’m clocked out. Please change the app back! It was fine before y’all ruined it with this new update! ### 1/5 — UI is terrible! *2026-06-11, version 3.0.41* The most recent update to the app has either hidden or removed basic features that no one was complaining about, and has made for an incredibly frustrating experience. For example: I am no longer able to log my weekly hours on a timecard as I could before (and can still do on my desktop); only the basic clock in / clock out option is available. Would recommend other apps on the storefront, or simply sticking with using Rippling on your PC, as the quality of its mobile app has severely gone downhill. ### 1/5 — New Update Bug *2026-06-11, version 3.0.41* When viewing the schedule the option the start the week from Monday is missing. Kindly add that feature ### 1/5 — App is horrendous after update *2026-06-11, version 3.0.41* I loved the Rippling app, it was so easy to clock in and out, and take care of corrections and other payroll tasks. With this new update I can’t find anything anymore, and still can’t figure out how to clock in or submit corrections. Absolutely terrible UX now ### 1/5 — Too Convoluted *2026-06-10, version 3.0.41* Rippling may be great on the business side, but on the employee side, it’s terrible. If one corporation has multiple businesses, in order to write a message for just one business, you must filter out the other locations. There are multiple filters and one can get lost in the filter system. It’s not intuitive at all. It’s too convoluted and not intuitive. Trying to change a time on a time sheet at the end of a shift can be very confusing for those who are not software literate. Sometimes one can clock out for a break, then clock back in, only to find out that at the end of the shift, Rippling did not clock you back in. When you clock out at the end of the shift, you then have to try and figure out how to make a change request. ### 2/5 — Very limited *2026-06-04, version 3.0.41* This app may be ok to see your payroll, but if you are the manager or owner of the business then it is severely limited and even hides important approvals from you. It will say “nothing to approve” when the desktop app has important bills pending.
