## What is Ripplo?

Ripplo helps people with ADHD—and anyone who struggles to start—stay on track with gentle task reminders, not pressure.

Gentle reminders (works immediately)
Add tasks with due times. Ripplo sends local notifications on your iPhone. If you need more time, snooze 5 minutes—or get a gentle follow-up nudge every 5 minutes (up to 6 times). No account required for tasks and reminders.

Weekly task view
See what's coming up on a simple calendar. Keep tasks small and manageable.

Optional companion chat
When you're stuck, overwhelmed, or can't start, tell Ripplo what's on your mind. You'll get empathy first and one tiny next step—not a lecture.
Requires your own DeepSeek API Key (configure in Me → DeepSeek API Key). Tasks and reminders work without it.

Privacy first
- Tasks and chat stay on your iPhone
- No developer backend—your data is not uploaded to our servers
- Clear all local data anytime in Settings

Important
AI replies are for emotional support only, not medical or mental health treatment.

Note: App UI is primarily in Chinese. Tab labels: Companion / Tasks / Me.
