I also love the storyline. I would definitely recommend. One problem is tricks like 720 and the double and triple front flip are hard to do on the iPad. Whenever I try to do any trick with more than one movement it doesn’t register. The game is so annoying at higher level because of the cops. They don't mess with other riders, only you. But there is 1 level it’s the very first slalom level and I have tried for days and days, but I’m always in last place. At first I thought you weren’t supposed to get the gate stuff. Then I figured out that you wanted to get that stuff, so I did and I kept getting faster and faster and kept not getting less and less of the gates that I missed. And I am still always in last place. I really only need you to respond to how to get passed on from that level. I tried deleting and redownloading it, but it is the same. I get a black screen and then nothing. ### 1/5 — Arcade version flawed to cause purchase of paid version? *2023-03-04* I have played this in the past before it was on Arcade; and it’s a great game. However on this version I am stuck at maxed out hydrojets until winning a future match that I can not get to because it is impossible. Maxed out equipment, I own all the stunts/tricks; I take advantage of drag from jets ahead of me but in Grand Prix 5-3 Championship the other racers start ahead and stay ahead the whole time. Its not like the other gameplay and there is not attainable advancement past this for the semi-serious, casual player. After having such trouble, I went back and re-raced any event I didn’t completely sweep. I now have won all events up through 5-3. I have $469,880 in winnings but can’t get to the next hydro jet and have all the tricks owned so nothing to spend it on and it’s getting boring and frustrating running the same races with what has proven to be not a fair shot to even place. It isn’t cool to withhold advancements in equipment by making certain levels impossible. Don’t waste your time with this unless you don’t mind the game stopping you halfway through with a completely frustrating and impossible experience. Must be the maker hopes to earn money from people buying something outside of arcade which should be looked into, Apple Arcade staff. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t fill screen *2023-02-11, version 2023.01.17* Looks a good game, but doesn’t fill screen. Got near the end and no matter which vehicle you max out and how far ahead you are, the AI just shoots through your A$ŚHOLE and gets out miles in front. Switched it to Easy Mode…much better. The AI goes through your A$ŚHOLE, out your mouth, and goes even further out. It was five stars but deleting this game for good. Also, let’s not even get started on Freestyle. It plays wonderfully otherwise. ### 2/5 — The exact same game from 2020 no better *2023-02-10, version 2023.01.17* Why did they put this on Apple Arcade with zero improvements, the game is the same as the one they didn’t update since 2020 no improvements at all or graphic changes, still it doesn’t have Apple Arcade support for macOS, they just ported the old game and didn’t change anything, no 120hz or improved graphics I compared both and the only change is the pause icon is now lower so you can touch it on newer phones, shame they didn’t spend time making the game better with todays graphics ### 3/5 — But Nintendo 64 Had *2025-09-07, version 2023.10.06* This game is great!
