## What is Rise & Grind?

Rise & Grind is a push-up alarm challenge. Set 5 to 50 reps, then use the on-device camera counter and skeleton overlay to complete the challenge.

If the camera cannot track your body, a visible HOLD TO OVERRIDE safety control appears after 45 seconds. It ends the alarm without recording a completed workout.

Privacy: Camera frames are processed in real time on your device and are never saved or transmitted. Alarm settings and session history stay locally on your phone. No account, network, analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs.
