## What is Rise?

Wake up on time. Every time.

Rise is the mission alarm that actually gets you out of bed. The only way to turn it off is to finish the mission you set the night before. No snooze. No excuses.

Whether you keep dismissing alarms and falling back asleep—or you want mornings that stick—Rise pairs missions with streaks so sleeping in gets harder.

——

WAKE UP WITH PURPOSE

Alarms alone aren’t enough. Rise adds accountability and structure so you can finally stop snoozing and start the day.

MISSION ALARMS
Alarms that won’t stop until you complete a mission. Free: push-ups and squats. Rise Pro: sky photo, math problems, and a short meditation. No snoozes. No excuses.

BUILD A STREAK YOU CAN SEE
Every morning is a clear win or loss. Watch your streak grow as successful mornings stack up.

MAKE IT HARD TO CHEAT
Camera missions verify push-ups and squats with on-device pose checks. Pro sky photos prove you left bed. Detection stays on your iPhone—video is not uploaded.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Current streak, best streak, weekly completion, and achievements at a glance. Widgets and Live Activities keep the next alarm visible.

——

POWERFUL FEATURES
• Mission to dismiss: swiping the alert only brings it back
• Free camera missions: auto-count push-ups and squats
• Streaks and achievements that make consistency feel real
• System-level alarms with AlarmKit so rings can cut through Silent and Focus when allowed
• Widgets & Live Activities for the next alarm at a glance

RISE PRO (OPTIONAL)
• Sky photo, math, and 60-second mindfulness meditation missions
• Smart Wake: may ring earlier inside your wake window using Sleep data from Apple Health (depends on device and data; not guaranteed every morning)
• Bedtime app lock for distracting apps (Screen Time permission)
• Emergency skip (limited each month)
• Full stats and achievements

Core alarms plus push-up and squat missions are free. Cancel subscriptions anytime in Settings.
