Some people should have been banned for violating TOS, but clearly is not because they are catering to these people. The people they banned have evidence that they didn't, but customer service and devs refused to look at it, also turning blind eyes one one that actually did. To top it off rewarding them. Trillions of troops and paywall things to upgrade gears. Everything about this game is a joke. Nothing is fixed, Customer service is no help, and the devs are not around/Blantly ignoring concerns. But now this new owner kixeye is killing a half dead game even faster. Don’t waste your time or money here. This ship is sinking. Update Kixeye has really driven the nail in the coffin now. Two weeks straight of events that are not functioning at all and no compensation for the money spent for these events. And the staff is absolutely ignorant to anything game related. Get a refund and get gone people. This game shouldn’t even be available on app stores. Yet again another botched event in September of 2022….. events that worked in the past no longer work, no points being distributed after hours of battle. These devs are just completely outclassed. And now every time they touch the game they lock us out after the update with no explanation to fix their constant mess ups. What an absolute joke Update 2024 game is finished, the developers are absolutely ignorant and out of their depth. They basically allow cheating, hacking and stealing and their resolution is to just charge the rest of the very small player base more money to attempt to rectify their shortcomings. This game needs to be removed from the app stores , shut down and all the funds spent should be reverted back to the players. This game had massive potential/support back when it was new. Since then it was sold to a completely incompetent company. Events hardly work and when they do work there is massive lag therefore making the event in the end unplayable. The playerbase is extremely toxic and is full of pay to win cry babies that spam report you in order to silence/login ban your account. The development team is massively unsupportive alongside the support team. They will not investigate any bans and will just tell you best luck. Long story short Kixeye ruined such an active and supported game which now is completely dead, toxic and nearly unplayable. ### 1/5 — Veteran player quits *2024-02-04, version 7.9.6* I was playing since this game was IRON THRONE before kixeye bought it and DESTROYED the game! The game as I write this is dead. No new kingdoms in over a year, broken events, and a developer that should be banned from making or acquiring any games ever again. Kixeye failed us!!!! The game had so much promise before they bought it! It’s still a great game but the HUGE problem I have is that so I deleted the app since it have a lot MB (Mega Bits) and my iPad can only go up to 64GB (Giga Bits) and now since I have reinstalled the app I just saw that all my SAVE DATA is GONE! Sorry for the caps guys I am just so angry about this. I was level 29 and I was in an alliance too. There needs to be a account thing where you can save your account and bind them to Apple,Facebook,and Game Center. PS I also had a lot and I mean ALOT of FREAKING PROTECTION SHELDS TOO. Again sorry for the caps everyone I am just extremely angry right now and hopefully the devs WILL see this and WILL do something about it. Anyways have a great evening and including this week and weekend everyone. ### 1/5 — Amazing game-Awful Devs. *2023-09-14, version 7.9.0* This game used to be amazing until Kixeye took over. Since Kixeye took over it has been nothing but failed events, bugs and glitches. When you attempt to message Kixeye about such issues they refuse to reach back claiming they have too many support mails to read so they just ignore them. I sent a ticket to support about my gear getting randomly deleted and I have waiting two months for a response and now I am choosing to just delete the game like many other players. Please if you are thinking about downloading this game do not do it.
