I enjoy using this app. I’m not tech savvy but this one is easy to use and monitors my progress, personal best and even “cheers” for me. The community and trainer are very motivating as well. I high recommend this app.

Dr. Devon Hoffman is amazing. He has so much knowledge about the body and makes it easy to understand the workout plans. I also love that it already gives me meals to make so I don’t have to brainstorm any. 

He’s a FANTASTIC coach and you will notice a difference mentally and physically.

I like that I have input into my program and talk with my trainer, Dr. Devon Hoffman personally. The exercises are challenging and the app contains the ability to track nutrition, sleep and body fat. Each exercise is demonstrated through video for correct form. There is also a community forum of users that allows participants to connect with other users! It is a win!
