Seemed to happen after iPhone update. ### 1/5 — App freezes *2026-05-28, version 1.14.1* You need to fix your app… for about 3 weeks, it’s not usable as it locks up and freezes. ### 1/5 — Forced to Mobile Pay *2025-05-22, version 1.12.1* This app is easy to use and overall good for mobile ordering but my biggest complaint is that it operates similarly to Starbucks in that it requires you to have a “mobile balance” of a gift card and does not let you use your own form of payment to pay. It requires you to buy a gift card and use that balance to purchase which I find shady and not something I expect from a smaller business like this. Very disappointing and I hope this is something that they update in the future. ### 1/5 — Apple only *2025-03-12, version 1.11.1* Doesnt work for android phones. Instead forces you to buy a 25, 50, 100 card so you always have a balance that you can’t spend. I do not want to load their store card with $25-$30 just to buy a single $4 coffee. The point is obviously to trap me and make me obligated to spend more there than I otherwise would. And at that point I’d rather just order online ### 2/5 — App is great, service is not *2024-09-20, version 1.7.1* The app is easy to use & has some great features, but ordering ahead is useless if the baristas aren’t updating the status of your order. I never know if my coffee is ready or not since the status never changes past “order preparing”, even when the timer counts all the way down to 0 minutes. I was hoping this app would eliminate the uncertainty of online orders, as in the past they seem to have no rhyme or reason to their timing & can take 5 to over 30 minutes to prepare, but even with a great app it’s still anyone’s guess when your order will be ready. ### 3/5 — Status *2026-04-05, version 1.12.1* The last 3 times I used the app to order. It will say “Ready to Pick up” but one thing is always not ready. The last time my food was ready I was waiting on drinks for 15 more minutes. No issue with quality of food/drink or service.
