This App is truly the best!! It challenges me to be my best self, and let go of what no longer serves me. The process is easy to follow at your own pace. It’s makes you really dive into yourself. Dawn has really helped me opened up a new perspective  on how to love myself first, forgive, trust,  and show compassion. The patience and balance I have gained from this app prevents triggers and impulsive behavior. I would put her program up against any other healer.
