As others have posted so many pop ups/ questions as you try to order the app that I accidentally added an extra bundle c£45 -(which to their credit they refunded when I discovered the 2nd payment taken) astounds me that they consider the content here worth £45- the guides collectively amount to a weak pamphlet- nothing groundbreaking in terms of content. The app isn’t easily navigable you are forced on a ‘journey’ of milestones to watch lots of AI generated videos - on the whole the content is very basic; the don’t say this do say this concept is good- but again suggestions a bit rudimentary.

I was charged $149.99 by RiseGuide despite never using this app and not even having an account or login.

I contacted customer support immediately about the charge. Instead of resolving the issue, I keep receiving automated emails claiming they “haven’t heard back from me” and threatening to close my support ticket within 6 hours — even though I HAVE responded. They have now sent this message twice.

How exactly am I supposed to cancel a subscription or manage an account that I don’t have?

The $149.99 charge is currently still pending. What I have repeatedly asked RiseGuide for is confirmation that this supposed subscription has been cancelled and that I will not be charged again. I still have not received that confirmation.

This entire experience is extremely concerning. I would strongly recommend checking your credit card statements carefully.

Seems to be focused on what matters most - memory, focus, and articulation - deep skills that are becoming increasingly dismissed by our brains in the midst of our chaotic, overstimulated, multitasking modern lives. This app seems to address those.
