## What is RiseUp?

Snooze wins on a normal alarm. RiseUp doesn’t let it.

When it rings, a morning buddy wakes you up and you finish a short mission (math, typing, scan, or affirmation) to turn it off. Then start your day, not another 9 minutes.

WHY IT WORKS
Tapping dismiss is too easy when you’re half asleep. A 10-second mission is just enough to switch your brain on so you don’t crawl back under the covers.
