## What is risewithrupali?

Becoming a mother is beautiful…
but at times, it can also feel very exhausting.

While managing children, home, and responsibilities, many mothers feel mentally drained, become irritable, and are left with no time for themselves.

This space is specially created for those mothers
who want to become calm, strong, and happy.

In this app, you will find simple video sessions, practical exercises, and thought-provoking activities that will help you —

• Stay calmer and more emotionally balanced
• Build a loving and strong relationship with your child
• Handle parenting challenges with more confidence
• Take care of yourself without guilt
• Create a more peaceful and happy home environment

Small changes in a mother
bring big changes in a child’s life.

And this journey begins — with you.
