## What is Risk?

It is played on a number of predefined 2D maps containing 22 to 43 territories. 

The goal of the game is to control every territory on the map or to be the last player that has not surrendered or been eliminated from the gameplay. At the start of a game, territories are randomly divided among the players, and a random number of dice (representing armies) are stacked on each territory.

A player is then randomly selected to go first. Players take turns to attack and hold neighboring territories. In order to alleviate concerns that starting last (7th) in the first round is a disadvantage, the 6th and 7th players to play receive a one die bonus.

Both players receive an extra die in their dice distributions, increasing the probability that their territories will survive attacks for the first round of play.

### 4/5 — An Old Classic

I played this game non stop on the browser, 20ish years ago. I randomly searched it and found it. The ads are very well implemented and non intrusive, the map generation is refreshing but… the ai is so bad. My win percentage on over 20 games is through the roof, only lost two games. The ai has no self preservation - they attack at a disadvantage and don’t cease fire on fellow disadvantaged players when there is a king. You have to fix ai.

This game is just like the flash game I used to play on CPU. They ads are not overwhelming I barely notice them because it's in between games. This is a fun time killer/ strategy game.

ストラテジーゲーム好きには、暇つぶしに最適です。短い時間でゲーム欲を満たしてくれます。

ただし、いつかのバージョンから改悪され、初期配置の際、与えられるサイコロの総数がランダムになってしまいました。初期の4つのマスに、それぞれ1〜2個ずつしかないような状態で「このマップを使用しますか？」と聞かれても、変な縛りプレイでもない限り使用するわけがないので、ただの時間の無駄です。初期配置を決めるだけでイライラします。初期配置では、全チームのサイコロの総数が同じになるように戻していただきたい。

Going up against cells that have the same number of dice than you more often than not leads to their victory. I don’t believe it used to be this way. My guess is the algorithm was probably tweaked when they implemented the ads.

I don’t know what they’ve done to this game but it’s now set up against you. For example, if you have more dice than the neighbouring territories you seem to lose a disproportionate amount. But if the neighbouring territory has less dice and is rolling against you then they somehow manage to win

ゲーム自体は楽しいのは知ってますが、
勝敗は「運」のときと、操作されて勝敗が決まることがあるので、
それに途中で気づいて消しました。

例えば、
序盤で陣地が少なく、サイコロが多い相手に対して、それ以上のサイコロの数で挑んでも、絶対負けます。

また後半、相手の方が陣地を多く持っている場合、サイコロの数が同数か少し多い状態で挑んでも、絶対負けます。

また、CPが負けそうになると、無謀な戦いを挑み、早く負けようとしてきます。
など……

改善されたらまたやりたいです。
