## What is Ristivo?

Ristivo is the management app for restaurants, cafes and hotels that use Ristivo POS. Owners, managers and staff use the same app; each person sees only the sections they are authorized for.

TODAY
Today's revenue, open tables and items to check are on the first screen. The owner summary compares the day, week and month with the previous period.

REPORTS
Sales, channel, product, staff, peak hour and revenue center reports are built from your register data. In My Reports you choose the measure, breakdown and period to build and save your own report.

RISTIVO AI
The business assistant answers your questions from your own records, lists the details and prepares PDF reports. The day's key topics are shown as suggestion cards.

MENU, PRICES AND CAMPAIGNS
Edit the products, categories and prices of your QR menu. Schedule bulk price changes in advance and manage menu campaigns.

RESERVATIONS AND SERVICE
Follow reservations, the floor and table plan and the waiting list. The waiter screen, table orders and takeaway orders are in the same app.

INVENTORY, DOCUMENTS AND COUNTS
Stock cards, purchase documents and stock counts are handled from your phone.

SCREENS
Manage the content and schedule of the menu and promotion screens in your venue.

INBOX
WhatsApp and Instagram messages and Google reviews are collected in one list, and you reply from there.

TEAM AND BRANCHES
Manage staff and their permissions. If you have more than one branch, switch between them and view each one separately or together.

Accounts are created by the Ristivo team; there is no sign-up in the app. Staff sign in with the details set up by their business.

Ristivo AI plans (Lite, Pro, Max) are available as monthly in-app subscriptions that renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
