The app is not very functional. I should be able to scan a receipt for missing points. Sometimes the points don’t register when scanned in the store. I’d rather use a punch card.

It does not work all the time which leads to missed points! There should be a place for missed scans. There should also be a way for the local store to have flavors of the day. I will get notifications from the app but when I click on it and the app opens there is no information!

When using the App at various locations, the scan tool doesn’t work and employees don’t no how to enter my account number. So I don’t get credit for my visits. This has happened numerous times this season and on Two Punch Tuesdays.
