I should be able to scan a receipt for missing points. Sometimes the points don’t register when scanned in the store. You only can choose certain flavors, yet you go there and they have the flavor you wanted to preorder. Choose custard it has options and lets me. Choose toppings 1 and 2, there are none to select from? When online in store there are like 15 options..? This goes for everything any option u choose you cannot do anything but choose size and ice cream or custard flavor, orange, vanilla, chocolate, swirl that is all the choices. Cannot select toppings or additional choices? I do not want delivery. This is insane how difficult Rita’s is making it for me to choose an option and pick up. I don’t want to spend money there anymore. This was frustrating and a waste of my time and energy.
