Every time I try to add an order for refill and says “something went wrong” please just go back to the old way

This app will not repopulate my prescriptions or save any that I try to add back. The old internet interface worked great. Great pharmacy and I know they will find a fix. Technology is great until it isn’t.

The new pharmacy app for Ritch’s is such an upgrade.  Easy to manage my family’s prescription history and refills.
