App is slow and something is wrong with login. Can’t log in to refill meds… app claims my password is incorrect (which it’s not) and all attempts to reset it have been unfruitful. I have gone in person in attempts to find out why and how to get my medication refilled. I went in person and told them I have new insurance and I need to my Dr. approval to have this refilled. I emailed my Dr. and they gave approval but after 2 more days waiting to have the meds refilled they still haven’t. I called and called over and over and couldn’t get through to anyone. After an hour of trying I got through and talked to someone who said because of our new insurance the Dr. Will need to call my insurance to give permission before Ritaid can refill. Why couldn’t they have said this on Friday when they knew I had new insurance?
