This app won’t run any searches for me.

It keeps crashing repeatedly. It used to work for me no problem but then suddenly performance dropped and I now I can't even search for anything without it crashing immediately. I haven't been able to use it for weeks.

The interface is sparse, which might be a good thing, but I can't tell because whenever I get any results for any activity it immediately crashes.

The app seemed interesting, so I downloaded it on my desktop and iPhone. The desktop version asked for my email address and I thought like every other app in 2024, the two were connected. Two days before the trial expired, I went to activate the app on my phone (thinking it was for both phone & desktop). Bad move!!! Something I  their process triggered a fraud warning from my bank. 
After I spoke to the bank, I put it through on my desktop since I was home. Great, it’s activated… or so I thought. I tried signing in on my iPhone, it wants to process a NEW order. No record of the one I did already. Then things got interesting.

I contacted their support through chat, no answer. I sent an email. I got a response back telling me to do what I already did…TWICE!!
I emailed back that I HAD done that and sent a screenshot as well.
The response I received was to maybe use another email address. WHAT!!!
I responded maybe I should ask for a refund.

Here was the response:🦗🦗🦗that’s the sound of crickets when the light comes on…silence. Lesson learned. Bad app.

It’s a help when it works but it’s incredibly inconsistent, crashes often, doesn’t always load all my posts and needs to be reconnected often.
