Not only does it slow down order placement and removal, but covers the tab you are actively monitoring for critical changes. Dumb. The buttons should be in fixed positions on the sides. Especially considering the tab windows are soo small. Poor use of space. Should be full screen and use side swipe instead of rolling index. There is no lvl 2 data for monitoring order flow volume. The trailing stop loss would be nice if it worked properly. And there should be a way to manually move your stop loss on touch. And using the platform on a laptop is equally frustrating. It feels like using an Atari in the era of Xbox/Playstion. Clunky and out dated. I called “customer support” number online, SEVEN times. Each time, the person said we are the receptionist desk and unable to help you. They said they couldn’t transfer me and no one in support was available but I would get a call back. Watched price drop an entire trading session, down thousands of dollars, and the number didn’t call back. Just took my name and number and said someone would contact me 7 times. Account was liquidated at market close. Two different customer support reps hung up in my face. Emailed 10 times, no response. Still unable to sign in, and there is no way to reach anyone for customer support.
