Have some integrity in your work. If you want to sell something make sure it works.

1) crashes every 5 minutes

2) rules are wrong and do not function correctly

They just tried to make a quick buck. Disappointing humans.

I am asking fir a refund. Don't waste your time.

I can't get it to register valid captures.  Am I missing something?
