'If this ringtone goes off, then go to the bathroom and brush your teeth.'

The RITME-app can remind you to engage with activities, such as brushing your teeth, doing the dishes or taking a moment to reflect. In the app, you can set up a reminder and connect it with a QR-code sticker. When the ringtone of this reminder starts to ring, you can turn this reminder off by scanning the connected QR-code sticker.

This app is a life saver. I am tremendously fog-brained sometimes, but I have always had problems using alarms for reminders because I would often be startled by them or unable to respond to them immediately, and then I would forget about it. This app sends two very gentle reminders spaced a minute apart, and with a variety of well made tones to choose from it’s really helped to curb episodes of sensory overload, and keeps me on top of taking my medications at the right time.  

The features available really make using this app ideal for my needs, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a little extra help with maintaining their schedule or reinforcing new routine habits.
