I've been using this tracker for a couple of months, and it's been a real help - keeps new habits on my radar so I don't just forget about them.
Cleaning once a week, doing my stretches, that kind of thing🙈

Medication especially: I used to miss doses constantly, or take them at the wrong time. More than anything, it's helped me build discipline, which has always been my weak spot..
Highly recommend!
