## What is Ritual Buff?

Ritual Buff is a state-shifting tool. You choose how you want to enter the next moment — focused, calm, courageous, asleep — and the app gives you a small fixed ritual to perform. Not advice. Not breathing exercises. A short sequence of real actions with paper, water, an object near your hand.

Not magic. Still real.

Rituals work on the person performing them. The fixed order, the unusual action, the small cost in time and attention — these change how you enter what comes next. Ritual Buff treats this seriously: every ritual is bounded, every step is concrete, and nothing claims to control the world outside you.

How it works:
• Choose a buff
• Receive a ritual card with sequence, items, and cost
• Perform each step, marking completion as you go
• Receive your buff cast confirmation and a shareable card
• Save rituals that shifted you into your personal Atlas

Everything is local. No account, no server, no tracking. Sessions stay on your device.

Ritual Buff is a tool for marking transitions and entering states with structure. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or wellness product, and makes no health claims.

The ritual cannot move the world for you. It can move you.

Voice-guided rituals.

Casting a buff now opens a spoken ritual instead of a checklist. A prep page
tells you what to gather and how long it takes; then you put the phone down
and follow the voice. No tapping, no reading — around 10 to 16 minutes,
five stages, ending in the seal.

Swipe left or right while it plays to slow the voice down or speed it up.

Also new:
• Send a ritual to someone — a link that opens as "someone sent you a Courage
  ritual" for them to cast.
• A share card that leads with the state you entered.
• A closing seal: keep the ritual, send it on, or cast another.

Voice rituals are available in the alchemical theme to start with.
