The fragrances, quality and overall brand experience are wonderful. Unfortunately, the app itself lets the experience down. It’s often slow, glitches regularly and I’ve repeatedly encountered an issue where it asks for a valid address even when the address entered is correct. I’ve tried multiple valid addresses and receive the same error every time, making checkout frustrating. It’s a real shame because the products are beautiful and I genuinely enjoy shopping with Rituals. I’d love to see the app improved so it reflects the same quality as the products. ### 2/5 — Rituals Products - Amazing. Której zejście jest widoczne na banku a aplikacja pokazuje komunikat UPS problem z płatnością spróbuj ponownie. Koszmarny widok zawartości koszyka bo znowu jakieś durne inne info wszystko przysłania. Beak możliwości intuicyjnego wyjścia z koszyka w celu kontynuowania przeglądania sklepu/ kontynuacji zakupów.
