I still don't like that I can't use my ritz pix network card to purchase my photos. I have to jump on a computer in order to purchase with my ritzpix account. Not impressed. ### 2/5 — Poor cropping *2015-09-09, version 3.6.2* Prices are reasonable but there is no option to adjust the photo. I got my order and since I'm ordering phone pictures ( like everyone else) they aren't perfect 4 x 7, but the cropping has family shots messed up because they aren't centered. Not happy with the quality. I don't have all day to wait. I want to be able to print off my photos or make a cd only out of them so I can have them. However, I tried several times to order some pics but the app closes itself at various points in the process every time. Once I got to the "place order" stage and it wouldn't let me choose to have them mailed. I could only pick them up at a store. Closest store is over 50 miles away! What's the point? I'm deleting this app. ### 1/5 — Problems *2014-07-24, version 3.3.2* There is no way to log out in order to switch accounts using the same device. If you have forgotten your password then tough luck. There is no prompt to reset it. I was able to access albums but was able to download photos from only some of them. Others acted like they were trying to download but could not complete the task. ### 1/5 — Zero stars! *2014-01-30, version 3.0* I paid extra for 2 day delivery for a birthday present for my mom. When I had not received it after 48 hours, I contacted RitzPix via instant messenger where I was told that not only had my photo not yet shipped, but it not yet even been printed! I requested a manager call me directly. A few minutes later, I received a call from manager Joe who went on to treat me like an insiolent child explaining that ordering a photo is similar to ordering a burger from Burger King and that I needed to have allowed time for production in addition to the two days of shipping. Additionally, "2 days does not necessarily mean 48 hours..." WHAT??? He further told me of a winter storm that hit Atlanta a full 24+ hours after submission of my order, stating he cannot control the weather. He was unapologetic and when I asked why I had not received so much as an email telling me my product was delayed, he simply said they had no way to track orders and customers. At this point I was truly annoyed and I said "sounds to me like a pretty sh*tty process, sir." All he said to this was "Do not curse at me." Bottom line, not only is this company unreliable, but they are rude! ### 1/5 — Doesn't work for me *2013-11-24, version 3.0* I love the concept but my photos wont upload. It says upload failed and I get a message that the app crashed. It's a bummer. I like their photos best but getting them from my phone to ritz pics isn't as easy as I'd like. ### 1/5 — So disappointing... *2013-11-03, version 2.6.0* I have been using Ritz printing for years and the print quality is hard to beat. However our local store went out of business, as the entire Wolf/Ritz company downsized. I have used my computer to order prints online and have them shipped to my home, which is great. But I cannot for the life of me figure out why you can't do the same from this app!!!! I can access all the photos I've uploaded in the past, I can access all my phone's library photos, and I can choose every conceivable size of print, but I can't pay to have them shipped?!?! The only option I get is to pick up my photos at a store that's 85 miles away. Seriously? PLEASE ADD A SHIPPING OPTION FOR CHECKOUT!!!!! This is a no-brainer, especially when you offer it from your website! Not only can I not access all my photos, I can’t seem to get them to upload. Every time I try it fails! ### 1/5 — Not a fan *2016-11-06, version 3.8.5* This was a complete waste of time. Made a few attempts to upload pictures and place order but had an issue each time. Finally gave up. When I upload pictures to the app from my iPhone, it switches pictures to the wrong direction without an option to fix it. And when I tried to place an order this evening for about 40 pictures, the app crashed. I was able to enter payment and shipping information. I tried 3 times!
