Leider lässt sich in der App keine Sprache auswählen. Alle Menüpunkte und Infos sind nur auf spanisch verfügbar. Wäre sehr schön, wenn das geändert wird.

I have tried to log in my account and it just gives me an error of exclamation point but I can log in online with no problem. I would like to be able to use my app. I am coming to Jamaica in Sept with a big group for client birthday and I need this to work. Got to be something to rectify this.

Sehr übersichtlich gemacht, endlich ein mobiler Zugriff für Touristiker auf das Riu Konto. Nicht zu verwechseln mit dem Login für Riu class Kunden.

Im Login kann man nur 4 Zahlen eingeben anstatt der 8 zahlen der Riu Kontonummer.
Im Web-Login stellt sich die Sprache ständig auf spanisch, wenn man durch die Menüs klickt.
