With MY VISION you can remotely control compatible Rivacold devices, monitor parameters, receive alarms, and track 24-hour performance data from anywhere.

MY VISION by Rivacold is the app that lets you control your Rivacold compatible devices remotely, wherever you are. With an intuitive interface and secure cloud connection, it gives full access to system parameters, alarms, and performance data directly from your smartphone or tablet.

Through MY VISION, users can configure refrigeration systems equipped with the RIV-EVO control board — such as BEST packaged systems or UNICA condensing units — and monitor all key operating values in real time. The app notifies you of alarms or important events, ensuring constant supervision and fast response to any issue.

The MY VISION service automatically records the last 24 hours of device operation, allowing users to track temperature trends, analyze working parameters over time, and identify anomalies. This history view makes maintenance easier and supports more efficient technical service.

- Rivacold compatible device with RIV-EVO board
- Rivacold Wired, Wi-Fi or 4G kit
- MY VISION service enabled

Service activation can be completed directly in the app, making setup quick and simple.
