With Rival, you can view your daily activity progress, log food and water, track calories and macros, and stay focused on building better fitness habits. Rival Mode lets you compare progress with another user, creating extra motivation to keep moving and stay accountable.

For users with the Rival Core accessory, your progress can also be displayed on a dedicated desktop fitness display, giving you a glanceable reminder of your activity, food, and hydration goals throughout the day.
