Not just unable to be clicked on, but just straight up not there. There also doesn’t seem to be any alternate way to access any of those functions in the app — all of which are pretty crucial to the use of the forums — which makes the app virtually useless for anyone whose primary use of Rivals is the forums. ### 1/5 — Not receiving notifications! *2024-12-12* I am not receiving any of the notifications I signed up for! Forums are almost unusable how often they freeze. ### 3/5 — Buggy *2024-10-21* Crashes or fails to load much of the time. Needs a lot of work. ### 2/5 — Sometimes it works… *2024-08-21* Some days are better than others. Today isn't one of the good ones. It logs me out every time I click on a thread. A couple of days of days ago, it told me I didn't have an account. It would have 0 stars if it wasn’t for me being able to at least limp by sometimes in it. It’s glitchy, freezes, has bugs etc. I can not ever see notifications. It logs me out 20 times a day, and sometimes right in the middle of reading an article. Their responses on other poor reviews is email us and tell us your phone make or whatever and we will fix it. You can’t just randomly do that and poof it’s better. PUT THE MONEY INTO THE APP AND FIX THESE BUGS. It needs a HUGE update. Can’t access Rivals home page. Freezes easily. Might be one of the worst apps I have seen in a long time. It’s unbearable. Only one time was I able to actually press the “bell” before it disappeared; surprisingly it worked the same as the browser version of Rivals does. This just tells me that the app has the capacity to show me my notifications but somehow it can’t display it properly for whatever reason. If y’all could fix that I’d change my rating to 5 stars. I have resorted to using the web version. It’s a bit slow and cumbersome to refresh - needs drag to refresh function. Also needs a better way to browse recruiting information, like prospect search, team rankings, FutureCast, etc. I don’t see a way to do this via the app currently. I have had this problem multiple times. ### 2/5 — Lots of Frustrating Issues *2021-03-02, version 3.5.327* I love my subscription and the rivals board I’m a member of. Having said that, this app constantly has issues. Right now, it does not recognize my subscription on the app, and says I need to “sign in.” When you click “sign in”, you can only subscribe, no log in. These team pages and forums are a great way to get information on your favorite teams. It is a great way to keep up with Stanford football. A lot of that is the moderator, Andy Drukarev, who is by far the best moderator I have seen on any site. It went away when rivals moved everybody over to the website for access to the forums via the phone. The new app allows for more interaction and multimedia content versus the old app. The new one will ask you to sign in occasionally, maybe once or twice a week.
